Trauma Informed Yoga - Free Classes

Join us at Mindful Counseling GR for free Trauma Informed Yoga classes this season. Classes will be led by our 300hr Apprentice Graduates on the following dates:
Nov 29, Dec 6, 13 & 20.

Trauma-informed yoga is an approach that bears in mind that any student coming to a class may have experienced trauma, and some aspects of yoga can be re-traumatizing. Our approach offers an invitational framework for creating a safe space in which you can (re)connect with your breath and increase body awareness.

Classes are free, but registration is required to reserve your space. Limited spaces available. Please click the link below to reserve your spot.

We are proud to offer these free, public classes at Mindful Counseling GR. These trauma informed classes are for anyone, though they are especially designed for individuals affected by and living through trauma. We appreciate your respect in this regard when registering.
